No hanger for the cloths, no cabinet. Tiles in bathroom have white spots. WLAN speed is okay, but WLAN in room had twice connection problems. Aircon is good. No windows in the room. Alternative would be room with windows to a noisy street. Room service is good. Can hear voices from the neighbour room.

NO water, NO ICE, NO hair dryer and no shower curtain, so the floor gets wet. Didn't clean our rooms daily, without us hunting down someone after 4:00 pm. The floors are quite dirty. The staff is friendly and the internet connection is good.

GOOD points - Welcoming and friendly staff at reception with doorman to open the door. - All other staff are very friendly and greet you. - Breakfast was included in my package and was quite good to start with but after a few days, it can get a bit repetitive. POOR points - The first time entering the room, I noticed 2 cockroaches crawling around in the bathroom. - The bathroom looked dirty because soap scum has never been cleaned from the floor and wall tiles. - The water pressure is understandably low, but the hand held shower had 4 of the plastic jets missing which caused a significant pressure loss at the head. I reported this to reception on morning 3 and requested it be changed or repaired. On return just after midnight, I reported to reception that this had not been attended to. - The through the wall air conditioner was very noisy and not suitable for a room to sleep in. - There is an electronic sign next to the room door and on the inside you can select ‘clean the room’ or ‘do not disturb’. On the night of day 3, after selecting clean my room, no one had cleaned the room or topped up supplies. Reception told us that we have to tell them if we want the room cleaned, so it looks like they take no notice of their own electronic sign. The lady at reception said the room is normally cleaned every two days but after day three it wasn’t cleaned. I suggested that instead of me having to tell you every two days, how about just automatically doing it every two days.

There aren't drinking glasses provided. Also no hand towels, drinking water or a refrigerator in the rooms. Also there isn't an ice machine on the property. Included breakfast is Filipino style. If this hotel had these things, then it would be excellent.
