"First of all, I just wanted to mention that the place was very unclean. There was bugs on the bed next to me and stains on the sheets. We were so tired because we drove up there to pick up our daughter from college and didn’t have the energy to complain. I would love to have my money back if possible since we were only there for a few hours."

"We made a reservation for this property based on the 9.4 rating and being completely unfamiliar with the area trusted what we saw online. When we arrived in the evening, we discovered it is in a VERY unsafe area of town and we did not even feel comfortable checking in. The photos and description are misleading on the website making it seem like its a fine place to be. They know its unsafe too cause there's a GATE that locks your car in to the property when you stay there. Nice idea to restore an...

"This hotel is old. It is well maintained, and the exterior has had a facelift, but the interior needs one. Fortunately the best are newer and the linens were lovely. But I wouldn't set my suitcase, let alone, sit on the chair in the room. It looked disgusting. And the room had no AC on, so at 10 PM we walked into a HOT stuffy room. Crazy in June in Tucson Arizona that anyone would think turning off the air is a good idea. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, none of which I...
