"We chose to stay at the Holiday Inn because it offered transportation to and from the airport. The stay was fine. Felt like an American hotel and that’s OK. Dinner was very good at the hotel. "This place was amazing. What a blessing to meet the owners and be personally greeted outside in the driveway. This is a gem and I was very comfortable and enjoyed myself. Great bed and great sheets."

"The employees were very helpful and the room was larger than an airport hotel usually is. There is an outdoor sitting area under canopies and drinks and pizza may be ordered at the bar. There is a convenient shuttle van from the airport as well. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent and very quiet."

"Communication was impressive! We were checking in late and they sent a very specific email stating how that should be done. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast in the morning was extensive and delicious. The staff all were very nice, helpful and professional!"

"This hotel had clean room, helpful staff. They served breakfast and had a bar but I never got a chance to take advantage of either but they looked ample. Best part is the shuttle to the airport, which was easy to hop on the Milano City Center bus for only 10 Euros one way. Very convenient and made frequent trips every day. Will stay here again."

"Friendly staff. Helpful when we needed to change language on our Netflix to English. Room was very clean but small. We only spent one night for transfer to airport. Shuttle was convenient and only had to make an appointment. $5 Euro per person for shuttle. 10 minute drive to airport. Milan airport is very crowded so good to go 3 hours prior for international flights."

"As expected for the line of this chain. Be aware the shuttle service is highly limited (6 seats per hourly ride) and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance."

"The location was perfect for visiting the lovely town of Busto Arsizio, and catching a morning train to Malpensa. The room was fine. We had brought water with us, so didn't take theirs. But after paying a lot for the room, it did seem cheap that they would charge extra for drinking water!"
