"We booked the queen ocean view rooms. The rooms were so small, 2 adults with their bags did not fit! The rooftop pool was quite dirty and the " pool area" was really untidy and small. We tried to get a refund as we were booked for 4 nights but the manager insisted we go through our booking service- FYI, they work together and need approval from the property to refund, which we did not get.
