"So convenient for returning my rental car at Shannon Airport and then just walk across the street to catch my flight the next morning. The restaurant was convenient too. Nothing fancy, but clean, comfortable and close to air transport. The staff was fantastic, so helpful! My traveling companion had a flight canceled at the last minute, with no notice or assistance from Aer Lingus to make her connection in Paris for a flight to Bogota later that afternoon, so a hotel manager, Ashley (sp.?)...

The only small point to mention is that the rooms can be quite a long walk from the reception and breakfast area. We happened to have one of the furthest rooms, which was a little inconvenient at times, especially with family/luggage. Other than that, everything met our expectations, and we had an enjoyable stay. We would happily stay here again."

In the morning - breakfast was very very good and was granted an alteration to my breakfast order and he surprised me with it and...

"The reception staff were very friendly and efficient - both checkin and checkout went smoothly. Our room was comfortable and well appointed. We appreciates the 5 Euro credit coupon for each day we did not have Housekeeping. We used these to offset costs in the bar/restaurant. We would book again."

"It is a very beautiful town, but the hotel is dated and didn’t feel clean. The heater would not turn off, so it was hot. It took a while for them to accommodate us. The restaurant on sight is excellent."

"We were in a suite. There was no mini bar, no kettle. Had to go to lower floor parlour for coffee. Only 2 hangers in wardrobe. No lock on bathroom door which was very heavy. No shower screen and water leaked from shower hose soaking floor. No where to hang towels in bathroom. Reception closes at 6pm!"
