We appreciates the 5 Euro credit coupon for each day we did not have Housekeeping. We used these to offset costs in the bar/restaurant. We would book again."

"It is a very beautiful town, but the hotel is dated and didn’t feel clean. The heater would not turn off, so it was hot. It took a while for them to accommodate us. The restaurant on sight is excellent."

"We were in a suite. There was no mini bar, no kettle. Had to go to lower floor parlour for coffee. Only 2 hangers in wardrobe. No lock on bathroom door which was very heavy. No shower screen and water leaked from shower hose soaking floor. No where to hang towels in bathroom. Reception closes at 6pm!"
