"Island was great . Staff were excellent . Our beachfront cabin had a problem with a shower door that was so badly hung that it was a squeeze to get into and out of. We reported the issue but nothing could be done for our stay ….the solution being to dismantle and renovate the shower . Staff said they would remove the cabin from letting until the shower was fixed ."

"Unit was on the 3rd level, but NO LIFT. Had to drag bags up fairly steep stairs. Other than ground floor not for anybody with mobility issues."

"As first time travellers to Palm Cove we had high expectations but disappointed at the Aging of the Peppers Resort. Overall the resort is good but needs work and upgrades. Staff were very helpful and friendly. If you have difficulties with climbing stairs then choose a room with a lift or other."

"We enjoyed our stay! Great location for visiting Cairns as well as the Daintree and Kuranda rainforests. The condo is in a small complex with private residents. It was very clean, but lacked basic supplies (spatula, sponge, paper towels, etc). A few issues that arose: The hours for the front desk were a bit limiting if you were out and about exploring and coming back in the evening. We had to plan to be back in time to get extra TP and laundry soap. The parking garage under the building was...

"The property was incredibly peaceful, my unit 9 was spacious. The kitchen was modern and had everything you could possibly want to be able to fix meals, gas stove, oven, microwave, large refrigerator. Plus my kitchen had all the little extras tools. The bathroom amenities were very nice. Most importantly the staff was prompt in responding to all my questions and requests. I do think the living room furniture in my unit 9 needs an update. The pool area was so serene and beautiful."
