"We absolutely loved our stay at Pensão Amor! The hotel is full of personality, with a playful, romantic, slightly cheeky theme that makes exploring the property genuinely fun without ever feeling over the top. There are so many delightful little details throughout the hotel that we found ourselves noticing something new every time we walked around.
The location is fantastic — right on Pink Street, in the heart of the action, with restaurants, bars, and so much to explore just steps away. Despite being in such a lively area, our room felt incredibly private and peaceful. The soundproof windows were a huge plus and made it surprisingly quiet at night.
I’ll admit I’m a bit of a prude, so I wasn’t sure what to expect from a sexually themed hotel, but Pensão Amor struck the perfect balance. It felt fun, tasteful, and intriguing rather than uncomfortable or excessive. There was plenty to discover and enjoy while still feeling completely safe and comfortable.
Overall, it was such a memorable and unique place to stay — romantic, quirky, private, and perfectly situated for exploring Lisbon. We would absolutely stay here again!"
