"The Mondrian is located in an excellent location in Seoul. The property is trendy and in excellent condition. The staff could be a bit more friendly. I come to Seoul 4 to 6 times a year and only stay at the Mondrian. I asked for a late check out on 7/4/2026, and I was told the hotel was totally full. However, I requested the late check out for several day but the staff I dealt with was not friendly and very short. I wish they could given me some options due to my loyalty to the brand but that...

"Beautiful hotel. Beautiful room. Incredible pool area (but unfortunately, it’s an extra fee which they don’t tell you until you see it on your bill - I didn’t like that. The breakfast buffet was wonderful."
