"This is our 5th stay at this hotel. The best thing is tge staff, right from the receptionists to the cleaners and everyone in between, they are always smiling. "Pros: The room was clean. The location is excellent: just a one-minute walk from a beautiful beach, with supermarkets, restaurants, and everything you might need nearby. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Cons: We only had breakfast once(thanfully). The supposedly clean plates were filthy. We had to spend quite a while looking for one that was reasonably clean, only for it to be snatched from our hands by a very very rude guest who seemed in a hurry to eat. The breakfast staff...

"Ideal location in Cala Bona, our room had an ocean view and a nice sized balcony. Room was very spacious and clean with a comfortable bed, small fridge, hairdryer and safe. Outdoor pool was a good size with plenty of sunbeds although they were all taken by 9am. There is also a separate sundeck away from the pool together with a small indoor pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were on half board, both breakfast and dinner are buffet-style with a variety of both hot and cold food."

"Clean Room, and nice view, but there is a lot of sargassum in that area which we didn't know before going. There's a rooftop bar which is nice, but would be even better if they also offered snacks and food. There is no parking in front of the main door/drop off section/no car allowed so you do have to walk a small distance to get to the hotel which makes it hard to get to if you have a disability or something. Breakfast was ok."
