"Amazing hotel, very friendly staff, buffet breakfast was very fresh, location is just across from beach!"
Hotel Cala Sant Vicenç - Adults Only + 16
10/10 Excellent
"What a lovely, relatively small hotel with a fabulous pool area and incredibly friendly and efficient staff. Really pleased we chose this traditional style hotel rather than one of the huge hotels on the front of the resort.. what we lost in Seaview was gained with the quality and ambience of the entire Hotel. And the four beaches were still all within easy walking distance. We stayed in the annex which we actually liked as it was quiet and duplex, but there are no lifts and quite a number of stairs down, so perhaps an issue for anyone with mobility problems. Also very little in terms of view but pleasant enough, with a balcony overlooking a quiet square. Special commendation and thanks for all the members of staff we met. They were all genuinely friendly and caring and extremely efficient. Hotel was squeaky clean too. My only gripe was not having a proper fridge in the room, despite having a fridge sized ambient cooler. I would definitely highly recommend this hotel and hope to return. Cala San Vincent is a small but lovely resort area, with beautiful waters and some good walking in the immediate vicinity. The beaches are all varied but with lovely crystal clear water, but they do get very crowded in high season - still packed in early September. A regular bus service to Pollenca and Port Pollenca but actually a number of good to very good restaurants within the resort."

"Hotel was very nice, well maintained and clean. Staff were friendly and location is brilliant. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and we very likely will stay here again. The only complaint I’d have (very minor point) was the air con in the room could have been a little more powerful but it did the job."

"A great day! Beautiful outdoor pool – there was always space in the area. A great Bar with amazing staff – front desk and Night Shift worker was amazing as well very helpful! Decent food too it was nice! Main thing I would change is having a wider spread of eating times. And about that went on till later."

"Very resort style stay, beautiful hotel, rooms and amenities. Beach had a substantial amount of sulphur smelling seaweed. No dedicated hotel guest beach chairs along the beach. Best breakfast buffet I have experienced."

"Nice surroundings with uninterrupted views to the distant mountains which gave a picturesque sunset backdrop at night. We stayed in Vesta rooms which were spacious and close to the main areas of the pool, reception, spa, and dining rooms. Our kids are 16 and 14 and we were fine using the adult pool which was the best option as it was a good size and normal depth. The main pool was a bit disappointing being a bit small and shallow throughout. We also used the adult dining room and bar which avoided the queues and noise of the main dining room. The food option for breakfast was fairly standard but ok. Dinner was a bit limited and repetitive. The hotel tried a few theme nights but the offer was limited and ran out quickly. Our daughter is vegetarian and there was very little choice throughout our stay that suited her. We were all inclusive and thought the best food option was the lunch restaurant by the pool, which had a good selection. Food was made to order and delivered by waiting staff. Although some options had an extra charge. The hotel is fairly isolated although there’s a good bus service to both Pollenca and Alcúdia beach which also stops at the old towns. Overall a very nice hotel with good facilities with welcoming and helpful staff."
