"I booked an oceanfront room with a jetted hot tub, when I arrived at the hotel I was put in an ocean view room and did not look like the picture from Hotels.com. When I questioned the front desk, they were very pleasant and said they checked for an oceanfront room when I checked in but everything was booked. It was less money but I would have preferred the room in the picture. I’m not sure if it’s Hotels.com advertising the wrong room or the Hotel itself. Overall it is a nice hotel and the staff...

"Nice accommodations at a great price. Clean and sanitary. Pleasantly surprised there was a full kitchen in the place (not as listed). Just a few small things make this a 4 rather than a 5 - - broken towel bar; lousy racquetball gear; lack of explaining that it's a condo unit within a hotel (strange); neighbors smoking weed on the balcony. "

"We had a great stay. Unit was on the 22nd floor, with amazing views of the beach & surrounding neighborhood. Unit was well appointed and comfortable. The elevator was so fast, it was surprising how quickly it got us from the ground floor. The only difficulty we had was with parking & check-in. "The extra linen and cover was dirty and stinking the pillow case had cat hairs and the extra cover smelled like feet. Looks like it wasn’t switched out from the last guest "

Tons of stuff to keep the kids busy , definitely a place I will go back to as the whole family had a blast here, the only thing I would complain about is we never had a maid come to the room to clean or bring any new towels, I had to call 5 times to get someone to bring more towels and they never showed up except that last and 5th time I called which was a little frustrating but overall a good experience and would recommend to anyone."
