"Room 504. Television unwatchable due to reduced brightness and no adjustment available on remote. Toilet very low, with no hand support for tall person leverage. Cheap plastic toilet paper holder falls apart in pieces on the floor when roll in rotated. No useful electrical outlet at desk Lamp cord strung six feet across corner of room, two feet above the floor. Poor shower head, with no hand-held. No cancellation policy screwed us out of $100 -- paid $400+ for a room going for under $280 now on...

"Size of room with separate sitting area was a plus. Breakfast area was busy near end of time slot so seating was scarce. TV channels were good."

"Staff was friendly but other than that the hotel was horrible The room smelled like dirty dog and had roaches After I saw all the roaches (6) I googled the hotel to look at the reviews and saw some people say they had roaches in Their room as well those reviews where a few months old so clearly they are aware and haven’t done anything about it I have video of the roaches "

"Great location to the interstate. Breakfast was decent and the coffee was good. The room we had was just recently painted, there was a smell in the towels. Asked for new towels and we had new towels. The curtain was taped up not to get paint on them, which meant we couldn’t close the curtains. Called front desk and he showed up with a step ladder and fixed the issue. Was really a nice hotel. And great service "

"The main pool had not been cleaned at all in the 3 days that we were there. There was tons and tons of things from trees floating everywhere in the pool. It was so bad that myself and other guest asked for a net so that we could clean up. But there wa sjust so much that it awful."
