"We stayed at the hotel before a flight out of Tampa. Staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. From check-in with welcome waters and cookies, to offering to pick us up directly at the rental car drop off rather than having us go over to the airport pick-up to get the shuttle back to the hotel, to having a bag breakfast available in the mornings to grab for the airport. "Property is maintained nice. Nice common areas. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Room layout was good. Bathroom was nice, modern. Clean. My issue is with desk chair. I am a business traveler and I’m 5’4. They put an accent chair to sit there. The bed was not good. I think it’s a worn out mattress. I had shoulder and hip pain. Maybe needs replaced. "
