"The hotel, more importantly, the room was immaculate. The beds were quite comfortable. Fresh air via a large open window or air conditioning was available. We stayed one night prior to a cruise. The hotel location was extremely quiet, perfect for sleeping after 15 hours of lights. Breakfast was wonderful. The staff was very friendly, even escorted us to our room and helped us with our luggage, refused a tip but accepted a hug. 5 stars!!"

Only one towel provided for a room with 2 people, and asking for a 2nd towel was on ordeal. The bathroom was fully accessible and smelt horrible. I asked for my room to be changed but was told there are no other rooms! The room was a double but I was given 1 pillow.
