"Wasn’t impressive for a hotel with a respectable name and expect no complimentary bottles of water bottles or anything else. So for the shocking price of a one night stay it was far too expensive. The free breakfast was 3 out 10. Sadly I want be recommending this hotel."

"Fast and efficient check-in with very friendly staff. Clean quiet room, comfy bed, large screen tv, tea / coffee making facility. The menu for our evening meal was very good, and the bar service is excellent. Breakfast is a good and varied buffet service."

"Nice location. Great amenities. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious but the air conditioning unit was absolutely useless. It was a very warm night and the air conditioner just did not make any difference. So did not sleep very well. The rooms are not very sound proofed so you hear every door slamming shut. The breakfast was extensive and very good with staff on hand to refill as needed."

"I stayed at the IBIS Airport, as I had a very early flight in the morning. Its just a 6 minute walk to Luton airport terminal. Rooms were small and functional, to be expected for the price. The rooms were clean, though would need some updating. The best thing about it were the staff you were extremely attentive & helpful."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful with adjusting the temperature in the rooms, additional bedding. The staff at the bar were excellent, very patient, kind and friendly. Overall, staff and facilities were great despite the ongoing redecorations going on at the minute."

"Visited on Monday 15 June. No staff to check in, just a door bell to security they then let you in to get your key from a key safe inside. No dinner or bar on Monday nights so went to the pub over the road. Double Room petite and bijou but adequate. Left before breakfast so did not speak to any staff during our stay!!!! On our previous visit we did have a very nice breakfast. Recommend it but don’t expect to be pampered, more like an Air B&B at least on a Monday or Tuesday."
