" A beautiful property, lots of charm. A large room with lovely little details. A nice street in Chepstow too. Lots of amenities & extras, very helpful hosts. Nothing is too much trouble. My only complaint is that I found the mattress was uncomfortable, I could feel the springs in places. "

"Stay there now a couple of times It’s always been very quiet comfortable friendly staff rooms are clean very fresh bonus 24 hours shops food available drinks also a microwave in the reception area which is very useful. Overall I would recommend staying at this particular motel very nice surrounding seating area around the back for children’ away from the road "

"My room was very comfortable and clean and quiet. The bed was very good and I slept very well. The tea and coffee in the room was much appreciated. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go to in the city, and close to my daughter’s university accommodation. I will definitely stay again and it was much cheaper than the usual budget hotels I have stayed at. Also I was able to park in front of the hotel for £10 for 2 x...
