"Was an okay place to stay just to sleep!"

"We didn't have any problems with the booking as others have mentioned. Did an online checkin the night before and when we arrived at the hotel the keys were already available and ready at the front desk. The property is freshly renovated it looks like and is very clean and the rooms were nice. The only reason for the 4 stars is because the breakfast was slightly limited and with only one waffle machine its was quite a wait. "Right across from airport. Quite a few options for cafes. Hotel appears to be newly renovated as it smelled of fresh paint. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. We had some issues with our TV and immediately came up to the room to fix it. Hotel is not close to Riverwalk or downtown areas so will need to drive to them."

"Overall, good experience! The staff was helpful and friendly! The breakfast was definitely powdered eggs. Also a $75 deposit was required that I didn’t read about anywhere else. Hot tub and pool were nice. My biggest complaint would be the smell of the cleaner they used in the common area areas, extremely overpowering smell Otherwise great!"

"The staff is amazing!! They actually let us check in early, knowing we were on the road all night and need to get in a room asap. They made it happen! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good and the coffee was great and hot. The hot tub jets were not all working but it was still nice to be in the hot tub. Location was really good also for the summer festival! Has a shuttle that will take you to the transit. Definitely worth the stay and if we ever go back we will stay there...

"It was what I look for in a place to stay. Staff was great room was very clean and the continental was really good. It was everything I look for in a hotel. My husband and I just retired after 30 years. We worked at a State Resort Park in Ky. So we really look at how maintained and the cleanliness of the facilities. Continental breakfast was replenished. It just was a really good experience."

"The room was nice however I did not care for the way the refrigerator was left unplugged and a towel was places in it to catch melt water. It made a huge puddle on the floor as soon as the door was open."
