Did a stay-cation and this was the perfect place, the kids loved the pool and water slide. The rooms were clean and restaurant was great.

There is some fantastic artwork displayed in the public areas of the hotel as well as in the rooms. I liked the Tim Hortons coffee in the room as well as the cream for it in the fridge. My complaints about this hotel: 1) The bed was uncomfortably hard; 2) Service in the restaurant was terrible for dinner but was better at breakfast time; 3) Plug-ins were scarce in the room.

Stay was great. Sraff was helpful, courteous.Rooms were quiet and clean. I didnt like the loose sgeet on the mattress instead of fitted, but not an inconvenience. Would stay again. Will atay again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was good clean. We did not have the room cleaned . During our stay. The hotel staff were fantastic with anything we needed. They would bring it to our room right away. They did run out of pillows for the pull out bed. The only thing we did not like were the amount of children what were up at late hours making a mess of the lobby and gathering around. I guess that could be blamed on their parents.

Awesome pool for our 10 month old and 3 year old. Rooms were clean and staff very helpful. We were supplied a microwave and extra coffee when asked. Flavoured water in lobby was delicious and refreshing. The complementary water and chocolates in room were a nice touch.

The staff were all amazing here. Everyone was chill but also very accommodating to us. We were with small children and they loved the hotel, the pool and the restaurant. The rooms were a little outdated.. but other than that, the hotel was amazing. There's nothing in the area for convenience stores or shopping but we weren't looking for that. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was great for the price, the rooms were basic but good for the afforable pricing. we enjoyed the pool and ease of use. We stayed on a Sunday evening and only one restaurant was open. The restaurant was 3/5 stars and not the best, but was inexpensive. We might stay here again but on a different day so that we could experience the different dining options. Casino was clean and well maintained. Overall a good place to stay for a few days but nothing special.

Nice to have a place to grab a drink, have dinner, see a show, without leaving the property. Only 2 negatives not a lot to do in the surrounding, and rooms are looking a bit dated.

Rented the king business sweet with jacuzzis tub, the jacuzzi was great but the shower didn’t have a long enough curtain so naturally there was a lot of water on the bathroom floor. This suite had his and hers sinks however the one sink did not drain whatsoever. Also found a random item on the floor when I first entered the room, made me wonder if it was cleaned properly.

I didn't stay at Deerfoot Hotel, I was over booked and they couldn't find my reservation, so I did not stay there. It took so long for them staff to figure it out and there were no rooms available for me. I was sent to ServicePlus. The first night there my grand daughter got bit by bedbugs, and the second night I was switched to another room.

It’s awesome to be staying so close to the casino! It felt like being at a resort. The hotel rooms were nothing special and we had to unplug the fridge since it was so loud. We enjoyed the experience but if you were coming for just the rooms then you might be disappointed. Service was great!

The beds were incredibly hard. Best beef dip and fajitas in Calgary. The best guacamole I have ever had. Really creamy and full of flavour.

We loved our stay here. Pool was open late which the kid’s loved and the breakfast we ordered to our room from the restaurant downstairs was delicious. Late checkout meant we really got to relax in the am which was nice because we weren’t able to arrive until later in the day. Definitely recommend!
