We had an 18 hour layover after traveling from Rome. This hotel was perfect for us to recuperate after the long flight. Very quiet room and efficient shuttle from/to airport. The breakfast at the onsite Italian restaurant was surprisingly great.

Nice hotel, extremely loud, could hear the guests above us when they walked, our room was right beside a door that leads to the restaurant and that door opening and closing was loud! The restaurant food was wonderful. The service was not so great, we were seated for 20 min before someone came by to take our drink order. Multiple items we ordered were missing or not correct. But the food was great.

Great place to overnight between flights. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Will definitely stay again.

Rooms look old, but clean. Bed was comfortable. Great amenities. Airport shuttle is convenient and efficient, drivers provided excellent service. Staff was great too.

We enjoy this hotel, as it has a shuttle service and a great restaurant onsite. My only complaint was the time it took to get a shuttle. Called and was told the shuttle was on its way. Waited 20 min then called back and was told they would be on there way now. Not sure if message was not received or they were waiting for other passengers but was a little disappointed in their system. Kudos to the restaurant onsite for getting us in right before closing.

We were only staying for a few hours however, we have to give a shout out to both of the shuttle drivers who were so friendly, funny and helpful. They both deserve a lot of recognyfor making the stay enjoyable.

Staff were very friendly. Room was clean and had everything I needed. I took transport to and from the hospital and the shuttle driver was friendly and even offered me a cold water bottle.

I was told my breakfast is complimentary, i had booking for 2 adults and 2 children. All the offered was 2 meals only, kids were counted as individuals. I have never seen this in any hotel. Kids meals are always free along with adults.

This is a hotel by the airport, it’s not for people who are on vacation it’s in an industrial area some fast food places across the highway not terribly far but not too close. There is a restaurant on the property. It’s great for people on the go who need to stop for the night. Nice staff clean place. Meets hotel requirements.

The staff was very polite but the rooms are dated and starting to be run down. I have stayed here in the past and had a better experience. Shuttle driver to airport was amazing!

This is a very nice place to stay. Only minutes from YYC. The restaurant connected to the Hotel is very nice as well. I've stayed here more than once because like i said... Very nice!

False advertising. Wrong room given. Rude staff at front desk. Tried to explain them that they are not giving me the room I booked but they did not even listen to me. Just kept saying that because you have booked it through Expedia we cannot do anything.

Near airport…. Shuttle bus is a plus but the front desk forgot to mark our booking when we check in near midnight the night before. The room needs upgrading and it is dark… but sizable.

Placing a couple who’s staying for three days directly across from the elevator and right over the entrance of the hotel was a huge disappointment. The large group of people checking in ahead of us, all leaving at 6 AM the next morning, they would have been the perfect candidates for our room!! We had to ask the day after check in about the free breakfast (VIP offer) & were given breakfast certificates at that point. I really want to love this hotel but we value a good nights sleep far too much to stay here again!
