Very nice place, all the required amenities. The lack of clear statement on how to arrange check in was confusing. No information about parking. Only one set of keys offered. Good staff, but wish they had contacted us before arrival.

I found the calls from the property about my check-in time (repeated) were annoying. There is no "front desk", someone meets you outside, sort of odd. Different, for sure...

Nice new highrise building. Clean. Could watch Stampede fireworks from rooftop patio. Good location, train access was close to get downtown. Short walk to King Eddy (great bar) and other restaurants. The unit I was in had no AC and faced west in July so it was hot. I opened window and nearby train was noisy. Nice bed/matress and excellent tv. Bare bones, no decorations, no hangers, most light bulbs missing.

Très bon séjour avec excellent service de conciergerie, Check in et accompagnement des besoins tout au long du séjour. Très bon emplacement pour profiter de la Stampede.

ここはカルガリートランジットのシティホール駅から近くにあります。1Fにはカナダで有名なファストフード店「ティムホートンズ」があり便利。他にクラフトビールのお店もありますが、コンビニや生活用品を買うお店がないので、カルガリートランジットに乗って買いに行く必要があります。散歩する公園もあり、レストランもまぁまぁあります(カナダは高いですが)。 施設にはトレーニングジムやトレッドミル、屋上にBBQ施設もあります。施設のセキュリティがしっかりしているので、女性でも安心と思います。管理人は常駐ではありません。

The property was well located. The suite had bare minimum .., horrible bed, cheap towels and linens, bare furnishings. Also no parking or bike accommodation, this should have been stated when booking. For 20$ more could have booked a 4 star hotel. This was definitely no 4 star,

Poor internet and television services was one of the largest downfalls unable to stay connected by phone or Amazon prime for more than 10 minutes was impossible, and pillows were far too large and neck wrenching

Great Stay

The suite I was in was in had heated underground parking and was high up with floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom and living room. The views were gorgeous. liked the hot tub and gym amenities in the building. Service with Hans during check in was great.

Great property with easy access to all downtown amenities and within 10 minute walking to Saddledome. Only critique would be to change the toilet paper to something other than.. 1ply haha!

Bright..., day and night.

Quinn did a great job alleviating the issues he could address, but the light and sound entering the bedroom from outside along with the steady hiss from the heating pipes made sleep difficult. When the heat wouldn’t go above 24 no matter how high I set it at night, I checked out a day early. Truly unfortunate, it’s not a terrible suite, and it’s in a very good location. If the window covering and sound proofing in the just the bedroom were improved, it would be outstanding value. Suite digs refunded my final night, I would happily use their service again for different suites.

Property was in clean condition, however, efficiency washer needs maintenance, couch is a bit shocky/static prone and the blinds are not sufficient to keep out the streetlights from the library next door which are super bright and on all night, once these items are addressed this place will be fantastic!

Clean + Comfortable new apartment

Clean + Comfortable new 2BR apartment on the East Side of downtown Calgary. Arranged a check-in time as it's an apartment with keyfob entry & no front desk. It was a rather easy check in process. There's a parking lot opposite which you can pay online. The guy who checked us in gave us some great restaurant suggestions in the area which we tried. I'd definitely stay again.

Nice place

Room was clean and well appointed. The venetian blinds on the windows were very light gauge which let the street light through all night. Street parking was generally available but had time restrictions Monday - Saturday.

Amazing service, fantastic rooms !

When we arrived, due to a miscommunication with the reservations, the room we had booked (2 x bedroom suite) was not clean yet. The gentle man who checked us in apologized and came up with a solution asap. He moved us 3 blocks down to another building and gave us 2 x 1 bedroom suites for the same price. When we arrived he realized the suites were not in the same building (just in the other tower) and offered us a discount ! How amazing ! We were over the moon with his service and quick thinking. Cannot rate him highly enough. Honestly I would rebook here because of him and his fantastic customer service. I work at the front desk of a hotel myself so I understand things go wrong from time to time, and recognize his efficient problem solving skills and fantastic service. Also offered suggestions for somewhere to eat and drink as we are not locals. Great stay the rooms were amazing super comfortable beds and loads of amenities !

Terrible experience

What made it terrible: 1. They switched our apartment. They were "unable to accomodate" us at Suite Digs N3, and instead "upgraded" us to Keynote Tower 2. Communication was done only via email 1 day before our stay date. 2. We had to call a local number (expensive if you're a tourist calling on IDD roaming) to make arrangements for check in. There was no check in counter. 3. Due to water works being carried out, there was no water until late in evening of our check in. 4. The rooms were not properly made up before our arrival. There were used towels hanging on the rack, and the bed covers were dusty. 5. There were 2 large holes in the wall of one of the bedrooms. 6. The TVs were not working. It seemed some one had disconnected the cables to TV reception and the speakers. 7. Check out process is cumbersome if driving. You need to first get your car out of the basement parking, find a place to park, then go back into the apartment to drop off the keys. Would not recommend staying here.

Our stay was a positive experience,the room was very clean,large kitchen area with full size fridge/freezer, stove with oven,microwave,toaster,kettle & coffee maker.Flat screen TV,free wifi & internet. Bathroom was basic size & adequate.Bedroom was a little cramped but for a one night was okay.The only negative was that there is no parking at this property if you are traveling by car.If you are traveling by plane or train then this place is fine,the location is down town & close to light rail station and the price per night is affordable.
