"We regularly travel to Calgary to visit our daughter and her family. We love the pools, and waterslides, our grand daughter can't get enough, ha ha. The lounge and restaurants are perfect for us. We usually eat most meals at the hotel. The pizza and pasta buffet is excellent and the Easter Brunch is amazing. My wife, daughter and grand daughter always get their nails done when we are there, the nail lady is fantastic. This has become our hotel of choice in Calgary not only for the amenities but the staff are the best I have seen anywhere. I hope they are treated well by Best Western. Anyway, until next time."

You can tell she genuinely cares about guests having a great experience. The entire property was spotless, and every staff member we encountered—from housekeeping to other team members—was friendly and helpful. It really stood out as one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in Calgary. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend staying here!"
