"The hotel itself is lovely, staff accommodating and friendly. We did experience issues parking and there is no overflow available. Paying guests were parking on the street, curb or wherever they could find which is not acceptable when you have paid for a room and offer free parking. My suggestion would be to utilize parking lots close by and your shuttle driver to assist in this case when there is insufficient parking for number of paying guests. Most hotels do have a plan for overflow parking when required to avoid frustration. This is extremely important when it is late at night and your guests are tired. "
