"Location, Location, Location. We used its central location to walk through Chinatown, take the California cable line, and visit Union Square. It is a great facility, with a real breakfast restaurant. In my view SF is back. This hotel keeps visitors in an area that is similar to the SF I love. SF still has some rough areas but we easily avoided them."

"Clean room, nice toiletries. Also there are coffee machine, coffee and cream in the room. My room was quiet, bed is comfy. Hotel area is clean and safe with a lot of dining options and China market nearby. Breakfast was good but for charge. "

"Everything was excellent! Clean, nice lobby with bar, seating, game room and snacks (pricy). Security with card chips to work front door and elevator is a plus. Our room was close to elevator so I could hear it but it did not keep me awake. Staff was helpful. The tub in our room had a little of the porcelain worn off the edges. That was the only thing I saw that looked run down. All else was fantastic!! We enjoyed the close walk to Fisherman's Wharf. We recommend this hotel. "

"The property is clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Access to area with fire pits, activities and a bar is excellent. Please consider leaving fires in past 10pm if people are still outside. Close walking distance to tourist destinations made it easy to get to bus tours, bike rental and ferries. Highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again. "

"The staff go above and beyond the call of duty for guests of the hotel. It's perfectly located and in walking distance of Chinatown, North Beach and even the wharf. One notable stand out is how amazingly spacious the rooms with two queen beds are, which provide the perfect backdrop for a girl's or family getaway. The giant tub in the beautifully appointed bathroom did not disappoint either. Also, it's refreshing to have an abundantly stocked fluffy fresh towel collection, along with tea and...

"Room was spacious & clean with onsite free under or above ground on site parking. The check-in guy was friendly & helpful. Hotel was in a great location within walking distance of Fisherman’s Wharf and Chinatown etc. etc. I would not hesitate to stay here again."
