"Greeted nicely by front desk. We had a room for (2), but had (1) additional guest for one night. We were told the room didn't have room for a rollaway bed, that we'd have to pay for a separate room. We then discovered the room had a SOFABED. Either front desk wasn't aware, or they lied in order to book another room. At least the rooms were very clean, pleny of towels and toiletries!
