"Unfortunately we were not aware that very little was open , no service by the pool no bar or restaurant open at the pool. Breakfast was good however every other meals was so disappointing.Raw meat and inedible . Pool staff very lazy not cleaning up,leaving dirty towels around and just looking bored sitting around."

"Pool area was nice. Gym looked good (I didn’t use it). Furnishings in room were cheap and getting a bit worn. Staff generally helpful and driendly, particularly in the pool bar area. Lots of students staying which made it noisy late at night. Probably the price paid matched the quality. We only needed to stay 4 nights so stay overall was satisfactory"

"Die Lobby wirkt auf den ersten Blick einladend, aber das war’s dann leider auch schon. Die Zimmer lassen in Sachen Sauberkeit deutlich zu wünschen übrig und wirken insgesamt eher lieblos. Auch die Schalldämmung ist schlecht, man hört fast alles aus den Nachbarzimmern. Das Essen erinnert eher an einen Imbissstand – das Frittierte gelingt zwar, aber alles, was frisch gekocht ist, schmeckt einfach nicht gut. Kartoffeln zu hart, fade Soßen, und insgesamt wirkt das Buffet ziemlich lieblos...

"The hotel is lovely clean and modern. The room was basic but was a good size and had a nice balcony. We had a small kitchen and fridge which was useful. We had come to relax and were a little apprehensive we had booked a party hotel given the proximity to Magaluf , but had no issues. There was some noise from neighbours on balconies in the evenings, but nothing after midnight which was fine by us. We had a great stay and the area was perfect. "I stayed in this hotel with two of my friends (three of us in total). When we arrived to check in the staff were very friendly, approachable and could speak good english. They explained very clearly everthing we needed to know about the hotel. By the recepetion desk were we checked in was a small shop which was good for buying snacks and water. "Me and my friend went for couple days arrived late Monday contacted property to say we would be there for 11pm. Lady on reception was very nice and helpful, we had a studio with pool view the room was very clean and tidy balcony was a good size and the kitchen was great if you needed to cook but we never. We are planning on staying again in this property."
