"Everything was good except for not having access to the outdoor space. When we were booking the hotel the outdoor area was one of the reasons the pulled us to stay there. It was not stated that it was unavailable for the season. The pool being closed i get it, but the rest that was featured in the photos was also off limits, the outdoor tents and the grass area. "

"We loved our stay. Two adults and our eight-year-old son took a weekend trip to Chicago. This hotel was very close to the field museum and walking distance to magnificent mile. Short Uber ride to nearby shopping and Willis Tower.

"The staff was inviting and friendly. Rooms were very clean and spacious. I booked a 2 bedroom and the kitchen was great to have.
A few tiny things: the fragrance used in the lobby is very overwhelming and with someone who has sensitivities to smells it made me nauseous and unable to sit in the lobby to wait on my car.
Also the $70 a night for valet parking for guests is pricey however I did get a $40 per night credit through Expedia.
