"Love the location .its across the Mykee beach and have infinity pool . Staff are excellent especially Hannah. She is amazing , very helpful and hospitable . She help us and address all our questions and needs .she talk to us personally or message us if we have questions . She is excellent and deserve promotion , she is a gem . We even have free appetizer during our stay and given 20% for spa ( unfortunately ) we didn’t use at the time . We enjoyed the hotel and highly recommended. Oh by the way , breakfast was amazing, we’re so excited every morning just to have one . Thank you!"

"From arrival the staff we're welcoming and kind, the room was always cleaned well, the breakfast was always good. Location was perfect for the beach and close to restaurants and shops as well as good for trip pickups. Also the view from the bar and pool is amazing. Would definitely recommend to all to stay here. Respect to the cleaners, catering staff, reception & concierge and all the staff who make the place what it is."

"Room is spacious and clean. One of the front desk staff members, Tu Ngo, went above and beyond to accommodate to our request for help. Everyone was polite and attentive. Breakfast included various types of foods and beverages! The breakfast fruit bar was our favorite. It had anything and everything: dragon fruit, langsat, passion fruit, plum. What a treat. The resort has a beautiful beach front. It is located a bit far away from the center of Da Nang so there is not a whole lot of restaurant options nearby. But it’s a pretty convenient Grab ride to and from the busier area of the city. If you’re looking for a pleasant stay with convenient access to the beach, you can’t go wrong with Koi resort! "
