"This was the second time we stayed at this hotel, and once again we enjoyed our visit. The location is excellent, making it convenient to access nearby attractions and restaurants. The property is very clean, well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The only disappointment during this stay was the breakfast selection. "Showed up to the property at First. They did not have my reservation. The person in front of me. They had lost her reservation and she booked in January. The show I was going too I met another person who had booked the hotel and Sonesta had canceled them out that day. She arrived at the hotel at 8:30 PM to have to go to another hotel. I will never stay here again or recommend it as they cancel your reservation or they literally cannot find it."

"The room was large and clean. There were two sinks, one in the bathroom area and one in the general entrance area, where the fridge was, so you could have drinks and an ice chest of snacks there. The staff was very nice. There was parking near the card key entrance (security) close to the room so you didn’t have to wander the halls looking for your room. Did not eat breakfast or anything in the dining area."

"I brought what most of us all bring, including charging cables for my cell phone etc. but I forgot to bring with me, my charging block(s). It was late, so I had to manage without. I know that there are places to stay, where these things are provided for. I’m wondering if Marriott may be doing these same things already. I understand it may be a large undertaking to provide these needs in every room. But, on this trip unfortunately, I was truly the accidental tourist."

"Breakfast service was horrible. Took forever and was told had to pay for coffee and ice tea we said ok. When coffee came the handle was all sticky and I sent back. I did get another Cup. Asked for toast and i was told I had to pay extra. I said yes ok Took forever for someone to come tell me they had no toast/ no bread. Another person came said what kind of toast would I like and it would cost me. Ok I will pay. Brought toast and I said I didn’t want warm bread I want toast. Finally got toast...

"The staff was really nice and the check in was super fast. The room was decent but could have been cleaner. At the end I had to be realistic— you get what you pay for. All good."

"Property is beautiful and is located in a great area near many restaurants. Checking in with staff, is easy and they are friendly. The room was clean, but the amenities are outdated / not working. The beds need upgrading. Very uncomfortable. They do not have a night management on site, but you can call in and they will help, I just did not want to call someone and mid night for a room switch, fix the AC, new pillow and figure out what the noise was on the refrigerator."

"Our first room they gave us was a room with of a view down of the dumpsters. We asked for a different room right away and a weeding party that was visiting said they just did the same thing. So be aware they try to fill this suite without your knowledge of the dumpsters. The front desk manager said all Suites have no view. Housekeeping left all the trash and didn't replenish the toiletries.The coffee area was a complete mess and they left it. I don't recommend staying here if you have the option...
