"It was Filthy !! Pillows had black mold , mattress was filthy , limited towels ( half were torn in half baby blankets) No hot water at all , access road to hotel was mud and NO LIGHTING at night .. I LEFT HOTEL 5 days Early as I started to get sore red eyes, running nose and a cough. I will be contacting EXPEDIA how they can have such a HORRIBLE property in their system.. "

"Stayed at Baray Siem Reap House for four days, and everything about our stay was great. Our host was available to help us with recommendations, tuk tuk, and friendly advice every step of the way. Our stay here was the highlight of our trip, and cost significantly less than some of the other places we stayed. "Zero but for the neighborhood, run of the mill. The hotel was closed when I arrived on Thursday 17th, 2022, due to covid, nobody, not even the name, anymore. I had received zero notification but I had paid 4 nights I intend to get a refund for from Expedia which didn't notify me either ! "
