"To begin, it took over an hour to check in. Granted, we came about 30 minutes before check-in so we understandably waited, but was confused when it was well after the stated check in time. The hotel provides free one way shuttle service (tuk tuk) to town from 6-9pm every day. The swimming pool is clean and great for all the family. "
