"I was very disappointed with our stay. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia, which was very misleading.
Our room key only worked about half the time, causing constant issues when trying to get into our room. We had three women staying in the room, so we needed extra towels, shampoo, and conditioner. When we requested more, we were told we needed to bring the empty shampoo and conditioner bottles to the front desk before receiving replacements. I have never been asked to do that...

"Stayed one night for a baseball tournament. Room was just fine for our family of 4. Pool area was great! Breakfast was average. Overall, it was a good stay and would stay again if ever needed."
