"This is a very nice hotel. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Quiet area but also in walking distance of a main road with lots of shops and restaurants. Only complaint is the fridge door would no open without taking the cabinet door off. "

"The hotel was loud, you can hear everything and anything inside and out. One of the elevators were out of order which made a long wait to get to your room. The shuttle was full at 3am, and the staff wasnt very friendly."

"There was only 1 restaurant/bar-thought there would be more. Part of the area from the airport to the hotel was rug-covered, which made it difficult for me with my suitcase (I'd say I need a new suitcase). I have asthma which made it more difficult with my suitcase, backpack and CPAP. Otherwise, loved the convenience. Loved the shuttle to the airport so I didn't have to drag my suitcase to the airport area. "

"Our favorite hotel in seaport, Boston. Rooms are small but manageable. Hotel located centrally to seaport and is a bridge over to downtown and north end. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are set up in close proximity to the elevators and you can easily access the restaurant on the ground floor through the same elevator. The location was great, the service was great. The check-in and out process was seamless and easy. They even arranged a taxi for us to the airport as we were traveling very early in the morning with kids. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others. "

"Lovely staff all around. The hotel overbooked and so I was asked if I really needed the room type I requested. I paid full price and booked weeks in advance so I presumed it would be ok. I ended up getting a lower floor room and couldn’t even get extra bedding as the hotel was so crowded. Be mindful this may happen. "
