"Awful"

"High standard. Only niggle was no table so nowhere to eat. Strange for an appartment with kitchen."

"Great location, spacious, elevator and balcony. My low rating was it was not advertised on Hotels.com as being an a A frame loft bedroom with steep stairs to it. We are seniors and although we don't have restrictions we do have our preferences and lofts is not one of them. The owner was unable to provide us alternate accommodations..."

"Yes. Only issue was no conditioner in shower (bottle was empty). Otherise perfeft stay!"

"Amazing place. Love the huge hot tub for relaxation time. "

"The property was disgraceful. We didn't stop there we booked somewhere else. Bed unmade not been changed from previous person. It absolutely stank of cigarette smoke. Rubbish on the floor in front room. Food left in the freezer. Tried ringing Muhammad but no answer."

"These guys can not enough for you, highly recommended, I have stayed in a number of there property’s in the area, and every single one has what you need for a comfort stay. I now book with these guys in the area over the more national companies as there pricing is more competitive for what you get for your stay."

"The property was at was mentioned on the website. It was clean. The check in check out laundry supplies, utensils, everything was super convenient. Would look forward to staying again when I am in Cambridge"

"Very hot no air con, definitely a average property. "

"Lovely flat exactly as shown in the listing. Small Coop grocery store just across the street. Bus #2 picks you up close by to take you downtown."

"Booked and paid for 3 nights at last minute because of a family emergency at Addenbrokes hospital. Could not contact host for check in instructions dispute numerous attempts by myself and hotels.com. Therefore never got access to property and now am being refused a refund. Host insists they emailed us which is totally untrue and just a reason to keep my money. How can they make me pay for something they know they did not provide. "

"Bed not clean, a mess in various places, windows not closed, door open upon arrival. Noisy bar nearby. Not recommended"
