"The cushion chair was very dirty with stains(have photos if I can post I will) and the desk chair was totally worn, should’ve been put in the trash a while ago. The bathroom was clean and beds were good. Carpet was filthy ( also have pics) staff was very helpful"

"This is absolutely a First Class Hotel. From the moment we checked in at the front desk, greeted by a very professional young man Preston to the time we checked out everything was perfect!!!! "The room is spacious and clean. The facilities are well maintained and the staff are helpful. The hotel also locates at a very quiet location so I had a good sleep. The only disappointment is the breakfast doesn’t have much to choose. If I remember correctly it has less items then other Hampton I lived. Overall, a good place to stay for traveling Wilmington and Carolina Beach."
