"⭐☆☆☆☆ – Serious Housekeeping Failures
We recently stayed at this hotel with young children and were deeply disappointed by the complete lack of housekeeping service throughout our stay.
Despite making multiple requests to front desk staff for basic room cleaning and fresh towels, our requests were consistently ignored. On two consecutive days, we returned from the beach to find our room had not been serviced, leaving us with no choice but to reuse soiled towels and sheets — an unacceptable situation under any circumstances, let alone with young children in tow.
What was most disheartening was not just the lapse in service, but the apparent indifference of the staff when we raised our concerns. Basic hygiene and responsiveness to guest needs are fundamental expectations of any hotel, and this property failed to meet them.
Unfortunately, we will not be returning, and we would not recommend this property to families or anyone who values reliable, attentive service."
