"My husband and I had a lovely stay at Sandman this weekend. The hotel was quiet and within a short walking distance to the Cineplex, restaurants and shopping. The staff were super friendly and gave us a free room upgrade to the premium suite since it was our first time there. We also got late checkout at no extra cost. "Loved the room, not all rug, loved the hardwood flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. I have stayed at a lot of hotels, and I have to say this one really impressed me, and I will certainly be back. Staff were helpful and pleasant, and so were the guests. You could tell everyone was smiling and in a great mood. Breakfast was great, and there was plenty of seating. It would be nice if there were a bar and a tapas restaurant to visit and relax."

"You can tell that the person who designed the room and what equipment and supplies left in the room, has actually travelled a lot and stayed in many other hotel/motels. Except for forgetting to leave a pen (the front desk gave me one), this was the perfect room. The desk was out of the way but on wheels for when I needed it. "I loved everything about Rose Arden. I had a very comfortable overnight stay in a single room in a lovely home that was perfect for my visit with an old friend who lived nearby. It was great value and in a beautiful quiet location with an amazing view. The host couldn't have been more helpful. And the breakfast was wonderful. If I visit Hamilton again I’ll definitely want to stay at Rose Arden."
