"The hotel and rooms are nicely renovated.and they look very aesthetic ! However there must be pet hair in one of the beds in our room as my child has allergies to pet hair and I had to give Anti Allergy medicine as he was getting symptoms ( luckily it is not anaphylactic) When I mentioned this at the reception in the morning, the staff was like “ may be some hair was left in bed “ . Breakfast was good ."

"Everything was great, however, you could tell the floors hadn’t been swept/vaccumed. They have little runners beside the bed and as I stepped there to plug my phone in, I stepped on something and it was either a thick toe nail or finger nail, and it was absolutely disgusting. My husband picked it up with a Kleenex and reported it to the front desk.
