"Room was very clean and staff was very friendly. Very basic breakfast. Which definitely need some improvement"

"First off it was so nice that the young lady helped me at check in when it was after 11 am thank you so much. The room is very good value and was close to the ferry for the next morning. The room was clean but a couple of things …for instance the shower worked but the bath tub spout for the water was previously broken at it was on at a weird angle. "The host was very pleasant and quite thorough in explaining on the nuances of the property. Other guests were quiet although I was only there the one night while visiting family. The room and other amenities were clean. There are pretty gardens throughout the property as well. Note that there is only the bottom sheet and comforter on the bed and no top sheet, in addition although there are california shutters on the lower part of the window, but the 5 am sun lights the room up in the morning...

"This is a motel that has been up graded. Behind the motel is an open green space that was great for our dog and us. Spent a couple hours drinking cold beer and unwinding from our travels. The bed was a king, which we paid extra for, but was to hard. We also had to pay extra, $35 for our small dog. We just needed a place to stay for one night and it worked ok."

"There was body fluids on the bathroom wall and no coffee anywhere on site. The staff worked in barefeet with flip flops. And the guest service was rude about us ordering food to our room at night told us not to use the lobby and walk all the way around with no elevator not worth 1300 for 3 nights at all ."

"The rooms were disgusting. I had hair on my sheets. A bug squashed on the wall. The bed was lumpy. The cabinets old looking. Toilet paper holder was rusty and put on wall with any old screw. To top it off it cost over $150.00 a night"

"The property has great character and is in a good location. We had a half view of the water. Apart from from the air conditioning unit on the roof next to the unit it was nice and quiet. The staff are very helpful. Unfortunately we had some issues with getting hot water in the shower at night but ended up okay in the morning. Pipes had not been used recently. We will certainly return to this lovely character hotel. Great for couples and value for money."

"I want to start off by saying for the price it wasn't the worst. But I want to make a few things clear. There are weird stains on the bed frames, bedding, and other furniture. Crushed buggs smeard on walls. Bring your own slippers as the floor is not clean. I would wipe down every surface your going to be touching. There is no lamps in the room. Only the over head light is available. There is no TV in the rooms either. The shared bathroom situation was a little frustrating as our roommates would...

"Unfortunately our circumstances had changed - had to fly home. Tried to cancel the booking, giving more than two weeks notice. Receptionist could not speak very good English and hung up on me twice. Was unable to speak to the manager. Refused to reimburse me for my booking. DO NOT BOOK HERE - once you book you will not get your money back if you cancel."
