"This motel needs heavy remodeling. It shouldn't advertise breakfast included because it was just waffle, cereal and coffee (no coffee maker in the room). After hours, it has a video concierge that makes solving issues more complicated."

"My pictures had a hot tub in the room and when I showed up there wasn’t one at all. No refunds, no I’ll take a little off, nothing. It did have a bed in it though so that was nice"

"The location was in a great spot only 6 minutes from the airport. The staff were friendly. The only thing was the pillows smelled used or like they hadn’t been changed out but we were able to get fresh ones very easy. "

"Unfortunately we had such a bad experience we didn’t even unpack. The room we were assigned had roaches. We took pictures and videos and ended up getting our money back from Expedia. I will mention the staff were essentially non-existent and the one guy who worked there was quite gruff and made no attempt at pleasantries, ignoring us to the point I thought he was a customer at first. "Friendly, clean and quiet"

"We left early on a flight on May 4th and the drive made sure we knew how to get ahold of the property when we made it back in to KC. I am not sure his name it would of been the one on the early morning around 330 am. The property is getting remodeled while we were there and the staff was great to work with when leaving our cars there for our vacation. "

"After a delayed flight, I called for airport transfer (which was advertised) and they said it stopped at 11pm. After Ubering, when I arrived, no one was in the lobby. When he did come out there was no apology for making me wait and no apology when I told him of the transportation issue. I just wanted a little bit of polite acknowledgement. A refund of my Uber cost would have been nice."

"My children ages 3 and 7 had the best time, they asked several times when we were going to come back. There are so many things to do, both kids and adults will never get bored. Fishing, hiking, playgrounds, everything was great. We’ll be back again for sure. "
