"Room was clean. My only negative experiences were being out of the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the room. The AC unit also did not work. I talked to the front desk and they brushed us off saying it takes time to work. Never worked at all. Had to take a cold shower to be comfortable.. otherwise property was great."

I requested for things and didn’t receive them until the night before I left and they made me go to the lobby to get items. I never had to do that unless it was a cheaper hotel:/"

"Everyone was friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful and very tropical feeling even in the mid-west. Close to shopping and entertainment. Pools were amazing. "
