"The property was decent. Our room was clean and the workout room was good. The biggest negatives for us were: 1) non existent water pressure in the shower-I don’t know if this is the shower head or a problem with pressure throughout the hotel, but it took me 40 minutes to shower and get shampoo/conditioner out of my hair (I usually take 10-15 minute showers…it really was just a trickle of water and ridiculous)! 2) breakfast - the options were great, but if you weren’t there within the first hour...

"The hotel was under renovation We could not go thru lobby we had to enter a side door and walk thru fitness center Our room had been renovated so the room was very nice and clean but the hotel in Reno mode was a mess. "Things I liked - free parking. I find it absurd when a hotel charges you extra to park where you’ve already paid to stay the night, so that was good. Rose was very helpful when we checked in and made sure we had what we needed. The room was decent enough, but rated down a star for 2 reasons. First is the extra slippery shower floor. There’s no texture on that floor and it is, in fact, actually hazardous. The second was the overpowering odor of weed on our floor. The smell was so thick it...

"The room was large and comfortable. The bed was great. There wasn’t enough light. We enjoyed the two easy chairs, but were sorry there were only tall chairs at the desk. Us old folks can’t use them. Having a dryer was a godsend after we were caught in the rain! Fantastic breakfasts. We hope to go back."

"The staff is amazing. I want to say that first. They really try and help those who need it. However, I booked the hotel thinking it would be safe and comfortable . Wrong. There were people outside doors. This happens all through the night. I feel sorry for security because the type of guest that stay there is awful. I would not recommend."
