"The underground parking is way overpriced and therefore almost empty - should lower the fee so people will actually use it. The breakfast was good. Only one small cafe in this large hotel. The staff was very nice and the property was clean."

"First time staying at this hotel and will definitely be returning very beautiful location, staff is very friendly bed was comfortable AC performed outstanding. Complementary breakfast was fresh and delicious Rosa and Flor did an amazing breakfast service I had a wonderful experience thank you."

"I didn't eat at the property so I can't speak on that but the pool and hot tub were great end the location was amazing. "

"We arrived at 3:30 pm on the day of our check in, but were told the rooms were not available. We left the hotel and returned at 9:00 pm as we had other plans. The front desk clerk was very friendly, however I’m not sure if he knew where the rooms were in the property as he gave us the wrong directions twice. I kept running around the property from the outside looking for our rooms, meanwhile the rooms were accessible through the lobby of the hotel. Finally, another hotel employee directed us to the right place. It took us 20 minutes going around the property looking for our rooms, which were not acceptable from the parking or the pool side as we were initially told. Other than that, it was a great experience staying at this hotel as it was centrally located to PS downtown and all the restaurants. We were there for one night and didn’t use any amenities. "

"The cleaning lady didn’t show up during our 2 days stay.the restaurant at the property was horrible, they messed up our order and didn’t apologize for it."
