"The rooms had their own car park but required a deposit in cash to obtain the remote for the gate. I don’t carry cash so was forced to haul my suitcase up and down multiple stairways and along a dark and uneven path around the back of the building to get to my room late at night.
The room itself was fine. Clean and spacious although the bathroom smelled mouldy. Lighting was poor - particularly in the bathroom. Overall it was fine but nothing special."

"As cascatas is very comfortable the apartment is a good size. We were put in a dark and poorly positioned apartment having asked for a different one ahead of time but when we asked to move we were accommodated in a much better apartment within 48 hours. The bed was comfortable the shower is ok the kitchen was great and well equipped. The hotel breakfast was very good and the bar was very friendly. Service throughout was great.
