"Beautiful place. In a residential area so not much to do around there, but the train station is close which is nice. Gianna was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She was very welcoming, friendly, and always willing to assist with anything we needed."

"Location was perfect, staff was kind in helping reserve taxis or shuttle, food for a Michelin star restaurant was well below expectation for breakfast and dinner. Rooms were a bit tight and not setup for two people, more a solo traveler setup. Common areas and pool were very nice."

"Amazing! Amazing! Amazing!
Room beautiful with great AC.
Breakfast was great. With good selection.
Staff were so helpful and friendly!
Roof top patio for views and sun tanning with a cool shower to cool off was fabulous!
Location was only a 15-20 min walk to everything!
Free cold water and ice were an absolute treat and greatly appreciated!
The pool is beautiful, my only wish would be for the pool to be cooler.
Highly recommend
Will stay here next time in Florence"
