"It was amazing. The room was so big and we LOVED the balcony and were able to sit outside and enjoy the sunset. But the best thing of all was the service. Both the check-in and morning hosts were so kind and welcoming. Also, great location, right on Water Street near all the restaurants and shops. Definitely recommend!!"

"Hotel was fine, bed was comfortable. Bathroom is a bit dated. I wish it had a walk-in shower instead of a bathtub with no grab bars, for those of us who can’t climb in and out of a bathtub without fear of falling. Building and grounds are nice, but not much opportunity for eating nearby, especially if you arrive after 8:00 p.m. Breakfast was continental, but better than most places."

"We stayed at the Treadwell two nights last week. When we booked the reservation, I received a text shortly after from the owner to confirm when we would be arriving. She wanted to make sure she was there to welcome us. The property is very beautiful and the views from the balconies are breathtaking! The staff were very helpful with suggestions of places we should go while there. We also bought a few bottles of their great olive oil and balsamic vinegar which I look forward to using soon. These will bring back the great memories of this Inn."
