Staff friendly and helpful. Room quiet and comfortable, had chair and small desk. Hotel very safe. I would definitely stay here again."

The manager didn't know how to turn them off. This severely affected us for the next day. The staff were very friendly and helpful, with special mention to Marco and Georgia on reception who made us feel very welcome and gave lots of useful information. "What a wonderful surprise this hotel was! I chose it because of its location to the train station and the bus station - we were there just 1 night before our flight home. The rooms have recently been updated and it was lovely! The bed was comfy and the bathroom roomy and the best shower we had in our 2 week trip. Plus we had a canal view!
