"We had a great stay, the room was very comfortable and had good quality amenities and a very comfortable bed with quality bedlinen. Loved that we had a coffee machine and kettle to make tea. The bathroom finishes were high quality, a great shower and beautiful bathtub. The room had lots of light. It is located in a busy area with a bit of noise, but there is double glazing to tone the noise levels down a bit. Airconditioning worked well. Great location."

"Séjour catastrophique au Grand Hôtel Londra de Sanremo.
Ce "grand" hôtel n'a de grand que la publicité mensongère qui l'accompagne : dans les faits, on découvre des lieux chaotiques, dignes d'une maison hantée plutôt que d'un établissement hôtelier en activité.
L'accueil, assuré principalement par le personnel féminin à la réception, a été désagréable du début à la fin. Seule note positive : le personnel de salle, en particulier Anouar, qui a fait le maximum pour rendre notre séjour...
