"The staff were extremely accommodating and welcoming. The king suite was welcoming and comfortable, and the casino gaming floor offered a large variety of table games and slot machines. The buffet was exceptional, so we had the breakfast and dinner options."

"Virtual check in was text after trying to call them. Room was not ready at 3 they said it would be ready after 4 do we delayed our arrival. Elevator did not work and had to carry all luggage up stairs. We’re not made aware of this ahead of time otherwise would have asked for a ground floor room as had to carry all luggage upstairs. Entry locks to room are poor, did not allow door to fully close, you could partially open door before lock kicked in. Bed was a double not a queen. Air conditioning...

"This place was kind of a dump! Checking in was SO slow. The whole place is kind of run down. The room was fine, but nothing special. A car alarm was going off the entire night, so that did not help matters either. Breakfast was pitiful. They had the waffle maker, cereal and maybe 3 total yogurts. Overall, not a great experience and I wouldn't recommend staying here."

The room was okay, there was only a smart TV where obviously none of the apps worked, and a note to "change the channel" but there were no channels. Most disappointing was that nothing seemed well maintained. The breakfast food was BAD, the food was stale, eggs severely overcooked/dried, the waffles were sour. How do you get sour waffles? I don't know, but I bet it has something to do with ignoring food safety procedures. And everything was...

"The breakfast wasn't that good and not worth the money charged. The carpet in the room looks beaten and slippery. The door to my room needs repair and looks half closed when locked. My floor was noisy especially weekend and one could hear people talking in the other room during the night. The entire building needs renovation."

"They have no one available to speak to who can give a refund if one has to cancel or even wants to ask about it. Both I and Expedia tried to reach someone but they have no one who responds. Lost two nights stay when at least they should have refunded the second night when I had to cancel due to medical illness. Oh well, they will never see my business again."
