"My guest leaves early by one day and they informed the staff more than a day before departure but the staff said they cannot handle it because their manager is not there. I called Expedia to handle it and Expedia got to the same situation like me. The next day their manager said it is over cancellation time and they will not give any refund. "This hotel was incredible. The staff were so helpful, especially Tuan Anh who helped us with our luggage and stored it for us whilst we took a short trip to Vung Tau. The hotel was extremely well located, within walking distance of the Ben Thanh market, Saigon Centre, several walking streets, bars and restaurants. The pool was gorgeous on a hot day and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend!"

"Breakfast had very limited options, and the property lacks basic amenities like a gym, pool, or bar. The kitchen closes early, and once it’s locked, guests can’t even use the only microwave on-site at night. The security guards are also quite strict, not allowing drivers to use the restroom or briefly stop to deliver items or pick up guests, which made things inconvenient."

"The Majestic bears its name well…Majestic!! It is impressive from the moment you walk in. Old world class and charm. Check-in was easy, great and helpful service. I had a great room with a jacuzzi overlooking the river. It was awesome. Only downside is that you could see some wear and tear on the floors and wall.
