"The room locked exactly as it did online which was great there just was the awful sewage smell coming from the bathroom and I said something to maintenance but they acted like there was no issue. We’d be gone all day and come back and the water and bathroom just smelt the entire room."

"A beautiful hotel but as soon as we entered the hotel had little to no AC. They have a large atrium with glass ceilings. It was a very hot day and either the hotel system could not keep up or was failing. Our room was no different. Stifling hot. We adjusted the temp down but it literally took 10 ..."
