"The stay wasn’t bad at all, was skeptical at first because of the bad reviews but I actually liked the suite, the check in process was super efficient and was able to check in early, it was spacious, clean and provided necessities on top having a smart tv which a regular hotel never has. The place was close to a lot of walkable places which was a plus, didn’t really use the public bathroom much since it was a one night stay and my commute was only 1 hour but it was pretty small nothing too...

"Il y a eu un dégât d'eau dans l'appartement au-dessus du nôtre. Nous avons dû être relocalisé. Par contre, l'autre appartement n'était pas une équivalence à notre réservation initiale. Le confort n'a donc pas été maximal. Nous étions un couple de 5 p 10 et 6 p 4 à dormir dans un lit double. L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal."

"Pros: ​- The room was clean and spacious enough for two people. - The area is really nice and silent, best sleep is guaranteed. ​Cons: ​- The unit is in poor condition; the timer and water bucket are broken, the interior was dirty, and drafts make it difficult to maintain heat. - We paid extra to get a room with s fireplace. Check-in instructions suggested a wood-burning fireplace (mentioning wood at reception), but the condo actually features a gas fireplace, which ruined the intended...

"Might be silly : but I’m 5 feet tall. I could barely get into the bed as it is so high. I had to jump. If you had a back injury or were otherwise injured you might not be able to get in the bed. ;-) That might be nice to advise folks about. Otherwise it was great. 😊"

"We stayed in the serenity suite. Exceptional experience. Each part of the process was easy. This was a very great choice for us as a couple looking to get away. The suite came with a living room, kitchen, and two full bathrooms. It was beyond what I had expected. We will be coming back in summertime."
